This game is by Edmund McMillen, one of the creators of Super Meat Boy and other indie games. It is incredibly disturbing in that it contains large amounts of death and decay, feces, urine, abortion, murder, Satanism, biblical references, matricide, infanticide, patricide, dead babies... In other words, a very good game.
